FUJI XPF-W Refurbished High Speed Multi-Purpose Mounter

Description

FUJI XPF is the first machine in the world to realize "dynamic head exchange" and achieve " borderless optimization". Auto-tools ( Revolver Auto-Tool, Single Nozzle ) are exchanged in less than one second. Line throughput is improved dramatically.
FUJI XPF series machine contain XPF-S, XPF-L, and XPF-W 3 types of high-speed, multi-purpose mounters. XPF-S FUJI mounter is a compact functionality model. FUJI XPF-L smt machine is a versatility model. FUJI XPF-W mounter is a large PCB support model.
XPF-W place mounter is applicable to mount 508x686mm large PCB. And a maximum of 128 part types can be loaded on the machine when a Multi-Feeder Unit ( MFU ) which has been expanded to 64 FUJI feeder slots is set at both sides of the machine. The XPF employs the same type of FUJI intellient feeder used on the FUJI NXT / NXTII / AIM. Board Tray Unit ( BTU-A ) , MTU, and Dip Flux Unit offering superb cost performance.
