Description

YAMAHA YS12F pick and place machine is a compact High-Speed Modular mounter. In order to achieve high accuracy mounting , MACS is adopted. This system has a function to grasp the elements of the machine that affect the mounting accuracy organically and make overall and multiple adjustment for compensation.
YAMAHA nozzle station ( ANC: Auto Nozzle Change ) & nozzle cleaning station ( for exceuting nozzle self-cleaning) is adopted to maximize part placement speed and production efficiency.
YAMAHA YS12F mounter equipped with Multi-camera with side light, is suitable for mounting various components, such as CSP, QFP, BGA, TSOP, SOP, VR, connector, Iarge QFP, long connector(up to 100mm), C type connector... It shows wide flexibility and excellent mounting quality well of YAMAHA pick and place machine.
